National - National Car Rental is a rental car company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. National was founded by 24 independent rental car agents on August 27, 1947. It has grown from 60 locations in the United States in 1947 to over 2000 locations worldwide as of 2005.

Payless - Payless Car Rental, Inc. is a car rental company headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. While mainly a franchise system, the company owns and operates several corporate locations. Payless Car Rental, Payless Car Sales, Payless Parking and REZlink International are sister companies under the umbrella of Avalon Global Group. Payless is a small company with 41 US locations and about 80 Worldwide.
