Federal Governent is going to Expidite the Impending Crash
73Spend Spend Spend... Who is doing the Earning?
Fiscal responsibility in the eyes of the Federal Government simply does not exist. On what planet can you spend your way out of debt? It’s mind boggling for sure, but in the long run it’s probably a good thing. The sooner the big crash comes the sooner we can actually fix the problems that created it. There is a whole lot of hurting in store for the American People. If you are “smart” you are buying hard goods, and getting your money out of banks and into precious metals. A big run on the banks is coming and there is going to be hardships on a scale that current generations have never imagined.
Senate Democrats overcame a Republican filibuster to clear the way for a vote Sunday on a huge end-of-year $1.1 trillion spending bill that gives budget increases far exceeding inflation to much of the government.
It seems like fiction out a a bad end of the world Novel.
The 1,000-plus-page bill brings together six of the 12 annual spending bills.
What only a 1,000 pages… probably takes that many pages to hide all the “pork”. Seriously, no rational individual is going to read a 1,000 page bill, which is what the Government has always counted on. Bury the pork and pretend like all is well.
The Senate Budget Committee's senior Republican, Sen. Judd Gregg of New Hampshire, pushed the creation of a bipartisan deficit reduction task force as a condition for raising the debt ceiling to near $14 trillion. "If we don't do this, we'll be passing on to our kids an insolvent country, which basically means they're going to confront massive inflation or massive tax increases," he said on "Fox News Sunday."
What is interesting about this comment is not that it is coming from the Republicans who have not cast a single vote in support, but that the comment itself is so misleading. Why? Because we as Americans have already passed on an insurmountable debt to the future… it’s truly mind boggling.
The bill increases spending by an average of about 10 percent to programs under immediate control of Congress, blending increases for veterans' programs, NASA and the FBI with a pay raise for federal workers and help for car dealers.
More money for car dealers; really? And who is going to buy all those $40,000 American Cars nobody wants even when the economy is good? Isn’t it time to take the loss on American Cars and move on? People can not afford more “payments”… it just puts more debt into the system. Americans already have $14 Trillion in personal debt. Individuals can not foot the bill for Government Irresponsibility. The notion that a nation of individuals who have already amassed $50,000 each in personal debt, and have a paltry $2,500 in savings can “spend their way out of debt” is laughable. Does anyone in the Federal Government have any common sense?
This new round of spending is socialism at its root. Take from the people and let Government determine how to distribute the earnings. I guess its okay for Americans to continue to bury their heads in the sand while they watch their elected officials destroy what is left of the economy. So it’s no wonder they are giving Federal Workers a pay raise while the rest of America who actually has to work on a profit/loss model suffers more.
Good thinking! Way to go Team Obama. Way to go inept Republicans that can only offer criticism but no solution.
The solution is to END the Federal Reserve now, take the hit, and move on before things get so bad we have a depression that makes the “Great Depression” look like our current recession.
God Bless America!

Wow, I would like to know why you are so angry at everyone and everything? The Truth is...? The truth is until everyone in this country stops pointing fingers out and begins looking at the four pointing in their direction, we are headed for a righteous collapse that is well deserved.

Your negativism is a bit too much to take. Even if this were all "socialism at its root" it is not the end of the world or the end of the economic universe.
